02/10/2015

A HUGE congratulations to ALL our members who have competed at the National Championship held in Adelaide! Leo Kim, Arseny Laptev, Andy and Sam brought back marvelous results with Sam, Andy and Arseny winning Gold and Leo missing out on a medal by the slightest difference.

It was Leo's first National Championship and he has demonstrated maturity and great enthutiasm in Taekwondo and we find gurantee Leo's success in the future competitions.

Arseny had performed with his best ability which earned him a Gold medal. His commitment to extra training had paid off and Arseny strived on the mats!

If you would your child to start competing in Taekwondo, please do NOT hesitate to talk to Master and ask him about the upcoming competitions!

FULL Dobok

13/04/2015

The cold weather is definately kicking in! Please make sure that our students are wearing the FULL Dobok to classes. When the body is cold, it take much longer for the body to warm up hence injuries are more likely. We are giving students more time for warm ups but the FULL Dobok is much more effective!
